Cancellation Policy
VIP Factory Photo Booth Service Contract
Services Provided:
- Delivery, setup, and breakdown of photo booth equipment time is covered by us.
- Unlimited photo sessions during the rental period.
- Choice of customized photo templates.
- Digital copies of all photos taken during the event.
- On-site booth attendant for the duration of the rental period.
- Wide variety of fun props
Additional Terms and Conditions:
- Reservation and Payment:
- Deposit of £100.00 is required to secure the date.
- The remaining balance is due on or before the event date prior to the start time.
- Payments can be made via [payment methods, e.g., cash, cheque, credit card, bank transfer].
- Cancellation Policy:
- Deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 28 days before the event date.
- Liability:
- The client is responsible for any damage to the photo booth equipment caused by guests during the rental period.
- Operational Requirements:
- The client must ensure that the venue provides adequate space and power for the setup and operation of the photo booth.
- VIP Factory Photo Booth requires access to the venue at least 1 hour before the start time for setup and 1 hour after the end time for breakdown.
- Force Majeure:
- VIP Factory Photo Booth will not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, and power outages.
- Use of Images:
- The client grants VIP Factory Photo Booth permission to use images taken at the event for promotional purposes. If the client prefers that images are not used, please let us know.
- Agreement:
- This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the client and VIP Factory Photo Booth. Any modifications or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
